Privacy Policy for PDF Pro Toolkit
[AMH_APPS] ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PDF Pro Toolkit mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding it.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Your Documents Stay on Your Device
PDF Pro Toolkit is designed to process PDF files locally on your device. When you open, edit, merge, split, convert, compress, sign or scan documents, the files are processed on your phone or tablet.
We do not upload, transmit, store or have access to your PDF documents or the content of any files you process with the App. Your files never leave your device.
2. No Accounts, No Cloud
The App does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. We do not offer or operate any cloud storage or sync service, and we do not store your documents on any of our servers.
3. Information Collected by Us
We do not collect personal information from you directly. Because file processing is offline, we have no access to your documents, files, or their contents.
4. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services that may collect information for advertising and analytics purposes. These services are governed by their own privacy policies:
4.1 Advertising (AdMob by Google)
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), approximate location, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings ("Opt out of Ads Personalization") or at Google Ads Settings.
4.2 Analytics & Crash Reporting (Firebase)
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (by Google) to understand how the App is used and to detect and fix crashes. These services may collect anonymized usage statistics, device information, and crash logs. For more information, see the Firebase privacy documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Device Permissions
The App may request permissions (for example, storage or camera access) solely to perform the tasks you choose, such as opening a file, saving a document, or scanning a page using the camera. These permissions are used only for the features you actively use.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through third-party services, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not store your documents or personal information on our servers, there is nothing to delete from our systems. Files remain only where you choose to save them on your device. You can delete them anytime through the App or your device's file manager. Third-party ad and analytics data is retained per those services' own policies.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect any information handled through third-party services. Since your documents are processed locally and never transmitted, they remain under your control on your device.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact Us
